S21 5G

[edit]

Hi The official name is Samsung Galaxy S21 5G. --Panam2014 (talk) 15:30, 16 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Panam2014: We typically leave it off, like the Samsung Galaxy S20 last year as well as the OnePlus Nord N10. Thanks, EDG 543 (message me) 02:44, 17 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Galaxy S21 Ultra

[edit]

Hi

Galaxy S21 Ultra need a separate article like to iPhone 12 Pro and because in Samsung's website there are an entry for S21/S21+ and another for Galaxy S21 Ultra. --Panam2014 (talk) 15:31, 16 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Panam2014: Hello, Can we rename the page to "galaxy S21 series" and create new pages for each model ? --Bensuperpc
@Panam2014 and Bensuperpc: We didn't do that last year with the S20 lineup, and I don't think it's necessary here. Thanks, EDG 543 (message me) 17:29, 17 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Panam2014, Bensuperpc, and EDG 543: I think we should have a separate article for the S21 Ultra since Samsung markets them differently. 9ninety (talk)
I did the split: Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. 9ninety (talk) 11:20, 30 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Introduction following S21 Ultra having its own page

[edit]

Since the S21 Ultra now has its own page, i think we should change the introduction paragraph of this page to this:

Samsung Galaxy S21 and Samsung Galaxy S21+ are Android-based smartphones designed, developed, marketed, and manufactured by Samsung Electronics as part of its Galaxy S series. They collectively serve as the successor to the Galaxy S20 and S20+. The phones were unveiled along with Galaxy S21 Ultra at Samsung's Galaxy Unpacked event on 14 January 2021.

I have redirected to that page for this time, as everything there that I could see was already covered by this article. Emir of Wikipedia (talk) 21:31, 2 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
