Confidentiality

The article doesn't mention confidentiality. In England, the witness statement becomes confidential the moment it is signed. Even the witness making the statement is not entitled to a copy. If a person commits a crime, the name of any witness is given to the accused (or their legal representative). pgr94 (talk) 11:01, 9 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
