REGARDING "The second was first printed at Naples about 1472, in 410, under the name of Pliny (the younger), and the fourth at Strassburg in 1505."

What does 410 mean? Is that a typo?

It was an OCR error for 4to, i.e. 4 tomes. I've corrected this.
actually, 4to is an abbreviation in rare book librarianship which means quarto (not tomes); the size of the sheets used in printing and also for the size of the book. --FeanorStar7 (talk) 00:43, 23 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
