Veliki Brat 2011 season is the best ever.

[edit]

It's great and very natural to see the competitors in 'Veliki Brat' coming from the whole Serbo-Croatian speaking area, plus one Macedonian. It's very inspiring to hear all the dialects of Serbo-Croatian language together, spoken by people from Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Dalmatia...They all sing and dance together, challenge themselves with BB weekly games and definitely make a compact unit. The great improtance of this season to have competitors only from Serbo-Croatian speaking area (plus one Macedonian) and not having any costs for translation titles to other language (except when the Macedonain guy is talking in macedonian) was appointed by the croatian BB host-Antonia Blace, who at the opening ceremony said that:"We are all from 5 countries and we don't have any Slovenians, so we will all understand each other very well". That's what happens, it's great to hear the mixture of ekavian, ijekavian and ikavian dialects, as a crown of the big success of the united, best ever, Veliki Brat 2011. Recent changes made to bring article into WP:BIGBRO guidelines

[edit]

A big thanks to the editors who are keeping this article up to date as a big fan of Big Brother worldwide I love reading about other versions of the program. I have made a few changes, mainly to the nomination table. I renamed it "Voting history" since the Housemates are the ones doing the evicting this year, this is to bring it in line with [{WP:BIGBRO]] guidelines. I added a small paragraph at the top of the table explaining the general nomination/eviction system, this is to remove the numbers in the table and to make it less cluttered. I added the appropriate colors for the I guess House leader (I used the generic term Head of Household for the table) and the Chief of the Dumps. From what I am able to gather from the official show pages through translators I hope these are correct. Articles that set the precedent for the changes I have made are:

  • Big Brother Australia 2008 - This season used a similar method to evict the Housemates, this table should be a reference in the event that the program switches back to the traditional Housemates nominate/Public evicts.
  • Big Brother 2009 (UK) and Big Brother 11 (U.S.) - These are the currently two good articles for Big Brother on Wikipedia. These two articles should be used as a guideline for the layout of this article. If this article layout is similar to these two and are correctly sourced then Veliki brat 2011 should be a great candidate for GA status once the season is concluded.

I hope everyone isn't mad of the changes I made, I just did it for consistency across all Big Brother articles plus I would love to see Veliki brat 2011 be the first non-English Good Article for Big Brother and since I don't know Serbian or Croatian I am trying to help the best I cam. ♪♫Alucard 16♫♪ 06:36, 11 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
