Thanks for the instructions. I've done my best to supply the info below. Please let me know if you need more.

  • Wikilinks of the named individuals (if this isn't good enough, please let me know and I can provide external links to prove who they are):

- Chris Mead (doesn't have a wikilink) - Carleigh Morgan (doesn't have a wikilink) - Philippa Warr (doesn't have a wikilink but proof of who she is in here: Rock,_Paper,_Shotgun ) - Heather "Naysayerz" Dower (doesn't have a wikilink) - Ramesh Singh (doesn't have a wikilink) - Andy_Miah - Mary Antieul (doesn't have a wikilink) - Darren Newnham (doesn't have a wikilink) - David Yarnton (doesn't have a wikilink but proof of who he is in here: British_Inspiration_Awards ) - Ed_Vaizey - Tom Dore (doesn't have a wikilink)

  • WP:CS1-formatted references for the requested claims:

1. Please remove Chris Mead, Carleigh Morgan, Philippa Warr and Heather "Naysayerz" Dower from the list of Advisory Board members, replacing them with: Ramesh Singh, University of Chichester Dr Maria Stukoff, University of Salford Professor Andy_Miah, University of Salford Mary Antieul, GAME head of esports and partnerships Darren Newnham, biz dev/consultant David Yarnton, Edge Esports chairman [1]

The changes were made because advisory board members rotate a few times each year. [2]

2. Please change 'Rt. Hon. Ed Vaizey MP' to 'former MP Ed Vaizey', as Ed_Vaizey is no longer an MP. [3]

3. Please change this line to the following, and add this[4] as a reference to reflect the association leaving Creative Industries Federation and joining the Welsh Sports Association: British Esports has joined Ukie, the Welsh Sports Association and the Sport and Recreation Alliance.[9]

4. Please add this line to the bottom of the article: In November 2019, the British Esports Association launched a campaign to celebrate females within the esports industry. [5]

5. Please change 'the first full Championships will run from October 2018' to 'the first full Championships ran from October 2018' This is because the first Championships have now concluded, hence changing from future tense to past tense.[6]

6. Please change Headquarters in info box from 'Pinewood Studios' to 'Buckinghamshire' as we have changed addresses.[7]

7. Please add Tom Dore to Key People section. See evidence Tom is a key person on the team here: [8]

[edit]

Thank you for your help updating this article.

I have some further suggested amendments:

1. Sorry, I miss-typed the date for the Andy Miah reference. It should have been 2019, not 2020. Amended here: [1]

2. Please can you add the following to the 'Collaborations' section?

The British Esports Association is part of the International_Olympic_Committee's esports and gaming liaison group [2], the European Esports Federation [3] and the Global Esports Federation. [4]

Thank you.

[edit]

Hi we have been trying to remove the word Association from our entry (so it should just be British Esports) and also update our logo. I am a company Director and CEO. Yours, Chester 2A00:23C7:320E:8C01:50BD:E961:3188:EF4E (talk) 14:27, 16 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

British Esports AssociationBritish Esports – The British Esports Association have now changed their name to just British Esports. I'm an esports teacher and would like to update the info on British Esports to help all esports students in the UK. We do enter teams into the Student Champs, but that is my only connection to British Esports. This evidence has previously been given:https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/10038010 WAJ2022 (talk) 18:39, 14 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
