Criticism for allegedly copying the designs of other indie jewelry brands

[edit]

The criticism should be stated from a neutral point of view without any original research. --Count Count (talk) 16:29, 23 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Accusations based on vague claims that "people on Instagram said so" do not belong in the article. We need reliable sources. .Meters (talk) 17:26, 23 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I wholeheartedly agree. --Count Count (talk) 17:50, 23 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I think the criticism is notable and should be included. Currently the most neutral phrasing I have seen/come up with is:

In May 2018 Bernstein’s collaboration with Lulu DK and Nordstrom was accused of stealing designs from other jewellery designers, whose work she had previously featured on her social media. The pieces in question were subsequently removed from sale by Nordstrom.[1]

Thoughts? Comments? Improvements? --Count Count (talk) 03:42, 24 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Count Count,
I saw on the talk page for Danielle Bernstein that you asked for any comments or edits on your suggested neutral sentence from the Fashionista article. I took a stab here, based on the article:
"In May 2018, Bernstein launched a capsule jewelry collaboration with Lulu DK for sale at Nordstrom. It was alleged that the designs of certain of the pieces were copied from other jewelry designers. The pieces in question were subsequently removed from the collection."
Sorry if this wasn't the right place to message you about this! And thanks!

I like your version! Let's see if more people come up with ideas. --Count Count (talk) 19:23, 24 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I have used this version for now. --Count Count (talk) 07:04, 25 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Please include her copying of brands and recent attempts to sue small businesses. This page tells the truth! 2601:182:C680:1B10:C55F:6CED:19AE:2C1 (talk) 05:10, 1 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. There is already a section in the article on this topic for reference. — TGHL ↗ (talk) 05:24, 1 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
