Hello. Here are the two metaanalysis I found:

Please note that it is stated in the article itself (unlike what you can find in the abstract) that such study was funded by ActiveO (Utah), a company with, quote, "a product that relates to the subject of this research. All of the authors acknowledge direct or indirect financial relashioship(s) with ActiveO." Possible conflict of interest? --User:ASMB

As stated, "The main limitations of this review are the lack of precise diagnosis and the frequent use of mixed therapeutic agents. The meta-analysis included mainly active-control trials. No placebo-controlled trial was found." Yet they still conclude that there is evidence for the application of this therapy with positive results... Nice standards. --User:ASMB

Please write your opinions so we can decide to put this pages as external links or not.--Biol. Cons. (talk) 19:41, 15 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. :-) I'm copy-pasting what I've wrote on the talk page. --User:ASMB

Additional Studies

[edit]

This other article presents a somewhat confusing method, in which one group is subjected to O3 O2 therapy and the other, additionally, is treated with a more conventional injection of corticosteroid and anesthetic. Why mix both therapies in one group? Despite explicitly stated as the purpose of the study, it would be more enlightening to have both therapies compared separately, as to gauge the alternative's effectiveness. (I know this is a criticism of the article and not of the therapy per se, but it annoys me greatly that there is no definite conclusive study available, put together by disinterested parties). --User:Divided Loyalty
