i think the genre for this single might not be alternative at all but pop or something similiar

It was the 2nd time that a A-side song wasn't featured on the album (It's only us from She's the One-Single was a A-Side too).

Fair use rationale for Image:Robbie Williams - Eternity- The Road to Mandalay - CD double cover.jpg

[edit]

Image:Robbie Williams - Eternity- The Road to Mandalay - CD double cover.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 04:53, 6 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

wearing a mask

[edit]

I seriously doubt Robbie Williams wears that mask every time he leaves the house. Are there any more credible sources for this claim? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 213.46.215.138 (talk) 13:18, 6 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed, and having checked those sources they don't even support the claim. I move that this "trivia" is actually irrelevant. I will edit. (Sbutler (talk) 16:00, 10 March 2011 (UTC))[reply]

He wrote (or his author wrote) in one or more of his books that he does this. Either Feel or Nobody Someday.

influenced by "I will survive"

[edit]

I doubt any influences by "I will survive" on "Eternity". It probably must have been a misunderstanding, because there IS indeed a track directly referring to "I will survive" -> "Surpreme" (Chords, String-Interlude etc.)

Here you say it is featured in the album, but in the album article, ""Eternity", a track that was not featured on the album, was released in the summer of 2001 backed with "The Road to Mandalay"". Which is true? Ofekalef (talk) 08:16, 27 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Propose splitting Eternity / The Road to Mandalay into standalone articles

[edit]

WP:SONGS, states that double A-sides should be into standalone articles. Both articles need to split into two articles for double A-sides. Double A-sides shouldn't have slashed and re-structure for both songs, respectively. 2600:1700:9BF3:220:A419:A74B:C65:46D1 (talk) 14:05, 8 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Correct. These are two different songs 156.193.150.140 (talk) 21:23, 20 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

General question about the video

[edit]

Is it just me or does this look like it is part of something bigger, like a film? It's professionally done and looks like they spent some money on this. And yes, I did jump at the end! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 217.163.101.38 (talk) 14:07, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
