Merriam-Webster's Online Dictionary defines 'gesture language' as "communication by gestures; especially: SIGN LANGUAGE — called also gestural language". I have placed Sign language and Manually coded language at the top of the list, per this "especially" status. An argument could be made for Gesture to top the list per MOS:DAB#Order of entries.
