FloridaArmy, thanks so much for switching to taking content that you dispute is {{dubious}} - so much better than removing cited content without a cited source for the change. Much better!–CaroleHenson (talk) 17:20, 27 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

As an FYI, I put the sentence in a note, with an explanation, so that if someone reads Payne they don't come back and try to change the information. It happens.–CaroleHenson (talk) 18:20, 27 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
FloridaArmy, your better or stylistic edits look good! Thanks! Thanks also for ensuring that your edits fall within the cited source's content.–CaroleHenson (talk) 18:47, 27 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Cleanup tag

[edit]

FloridaArmy, I removed the cleanup tag. It seems to be a game, rather than communicating here.

Here's the tag reason: "Section headings don't reflect content in them. The order of sections does not follow any logic. There are misleading and inaccurate statements such as the founder being from family of farmers and the school failing because people lobbied for better public schools. I've fixed these issues, some repeatedly but CaroleHenson seems to have ownership issues and just reverts. I don't have time to go in circles with her about why we don't include misinformation or parrot things that don't make any sense. Maybe someone with more time and patience can help."

  • I don't understand the issue with the sections, so I just rolled two sections into one and called it School. I haven't heard suggestions, but I am absolutely sure that if we TALK about it, we can very easily come to an agreement.
  • I am getting concerned that rather than sorting out information from different sources, you seem to cherry-pick what information to use. That said, though, the "farmers" info is not a big deal, I just removed it.
  • It is incredibly rude to ignore attempts to talk to you and then say that I have "ownership issues".
  • Tagging an article is not the way to avoid communication, especially when a thread was already started.–CaroleHenson (talk) 20:03, 27 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Cleanup needed

  • Do you have recommendations regarding the sections. As I said, I think that if instead of complaining and removing cited content, that if we talk about it that can be easily solved. Hiram S. Gilmore's section is about him. Which means to me that you don't like "School". Please take a stab at section headings - or throw out some suggestions.–CaroleHenson (talk) 20:07, 27 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
    • I changed it back to "Overview" based upon looking at articles in Category:Defunct Catholic secondary schools in Ohio. But, of course, that's just a stab. What changes do you think should be made? Did you like any of the article headings in this category?–CaroleHenson (talk) 20:20, 27 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
      • Just for tracking purposes so that I don't forget. I don't understand how this conclusion what made or what would solve this: There are misleading and inaccurate statements such as... the school failing because people lobbied for better public schools. Any input is much appreciated.–CaroleHenson (talk) 01:16, 28 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
