Good Article nomination

[edit]

This article read well and is close to meeting the GA criteria. However, reference 5 is not appearing in the reference list.

I've decided to put this article on hold as the article is close to GA status, however the issue noted above must be dealt with before GA status can be awarded. I hope that this can be addressed within the seven days allowed by on hold, and wish you all the best with your editing... -- Johnfos 10:51, 4 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for that change. This is now a GA! Johnfos 12:49, 4 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Several wives for the governor

[edit]

Governor Morehead's wife is listed at Find A Grave as Lavinia Espy. Lavinia was his wife in the 1850 census, and she was the wife who survived him, living till 1900. So when did Susan A. Roberts die? Who was the mother of the governor's children? There were a number of public figures with the same name. Have they been confused? Some comment is needed here. 79.205.109.234 (talk) 12:09, 17 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
