Expansion

[edit]

This article needs to be expanded or possibly merged with the article on her husband. --TommyBoy 11:08, 8 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

In the five years since posting the above comments, I have changed my views on such articles, I am now in favor of expansion as opposed to merging the article. --TommyBoy (talk) 12:59, 16 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I am very much in favour of keeping and expanding articles on Second Ladies of the United States, who generally have reams written about them. --NellieBly (talk) 03:05, 28 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I just want to interject and comment that I was so happy to read Tommy Boy's change of heart here, years after he made it. EmilyvstheGorn (talk) 15:59, 27 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
No problem, having subsequently created and substantially expanded two other Wikipedia articles on "Second Ladies of the United States" including Floride Calhoun and Joan Mondale, I have come to recognize that even the ones who did not subsequently become First Lady could still be considered notable in their own right.--TommyBoy (talk) 22:35, 27 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
