Her older brother Salvator, died in a concentration camp before Model became famous so it seems highly unlikely he would have said anything to anyone about the molestation. However, his widow (Bianca) did give some hints about the molestation to Model's biographer, Ann Thomas, without mentioning it directly. I have heard only the podcasts and seen some interviews as I still haven't tracked down the main biography, so it would be great if someone more knowledgeable would clear this up.
