American German company?

[edit]

So how does that "American" fit into the ownership? It is an AG ... Aktiengesellschaft. A German legal entity.

Sure they bought numerous American companies but in the end they all now have a German ownership.

Here a quote from the website: https://www.zf.com/mobile/en/company/company.html "Group shareholders include the Zeppelin Foundation, administered by the City of Friedrichshafen, holding 93.8 percent of shares, and the Dr. Jürgen and Irmgard Ulderup Foundation, Lemförde, with 6.2 percent." So all the stakeholders are German and there is no public trading. Hunig Brocc (talk) 11:51, 25 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

In 2022, despite Russia's war on sovereign country of Ukraine, causing many civilian casualties, ZF still does not want to seize the business with Russia. 37.48.61.132 (talk) 18:00, 11 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. ScottishFinnishRadish (talk) 18:04, 11 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
