  • I know most of servinghistory is a mirror, e.g. the disclaimer at http://www.servinghistory.com/topics/Elephant which states "Some data may have been obtained from the Elephant page on Wikipedia and used under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License", but I don't know for sure that all of it is.
