Administrator note Likely qualifies for speedy under G4, as a prior discussion about this topic existed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Panyam Vuppu Vanaja Bai. The change of name was likely done to frustrate identification efforts. Article likely qualifies for speedy under G5, as article creator is potentially a sockpuppet of Pv.abhinav, who operated multiple accounts to try to get this article to stick.
