Unsourced. The original link provided to Debretts, reliability of that source nonwithstanding, is no longer valid, nor does a search at that site for anyone by the name of Richard Gibbs produce a person of that name. Unable to find reliable sources which verify the existence of this individual, or provide evidence of notability. j⚛e decker ^talk 07:22, 29 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
