Delete - After looking through the Chinese-language sources for this person, I'm not convinced that the notability is there. It is mostly pages on the New Tang Dynasty website itself, or some small blogs and so on.--Danaman5 (talk) 13:13, 25 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
