Well, most of the Eurovision/Junior Eurovision artists have their own separate article in Wikipedia and they are famous for this major event. Thus, I would Keep this article. Redirect to "Albania in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2019" - Struggling to find enough sourcing to show that this subject meets WP:GNG for coverage on Wikipedia.
