Political strategist with no substantive claim of notability that would get him past any of our inclusion guidelines — and furthermore, the article relies entirely on primary and unreliable sources. Even the New York Times piece in citation #1 is actually just a wedding announcement, and thus not evidence of notability in any way, shape or form. Delete.
