The result of the discussion was: Delete as a draft declined multiple times due to notability and promotion concerns. Jo-Jo Eumerus (talk, contributions) 16:16, 23 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Draft:External Development Summit (XDS) (edit | talk | history | links | watch | logs)

This draft has seen revision about once every 6 months only at the behest of the AFC reminder, has been resubmitted, but has not improved. That suggests it's at the point of being used as a webhost rather than as a draft article. A review of sources (assessing its notability) indicates that it can't be ready for mainspace any time in the near future (the nearest I can find to reliable coverage is [1]; everything else is press releases and events calendar pages). • Delete. Lack of independent sources wouldn't be fatal in a brand new draft, but this one has had 17 months to improve, including numerous edits by different single-purpose accounts that have supplied plenty of promotional content but not independent sources to demonstrate notability for an article. --RL0919 (talk) 20:48, 21 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
