Comment @Joseph2302: Are you sure you've MfD'd the right article? The creator of the draft has a clean block log and no userpage. Or are you referring to blocked sock User:Mr.sahota, who made a few later edits? Because I can't see anything in his userpage history that looks like a COI declaration.
