I apologize if I'm posting this response in an improper way; this is my first discussion in an "articles for deletion" talk. As to the question of Parkman's notability and whether the coverage of the trials includes coverage of him, I think further research will show substantial coverage of Mr. Parkman as an attorney. His closing arguments in these high-profile cases have often been just as notable as the verdicts themselves, and the media have noted not only his role as an attorney, but his presence as a distinct personality that becomes a part of these stories. After the Scrushy trial, Mr. Parkman appeared on Neil Cavuto's show to discuss the state of the Sarbanes-Oxley law, and Cavuto hailed him as the "greatest lawyer on the planet." Finally, given the fact that so many existing Wikipedia pages make reference to him (especially Richard Scrushy's), it only makes sense that he have his own page which can be linked from the others.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
