Add category "not present in Kangxi Zidian" automatically

[edit]

It'll be convinient to add category "Hanzi not present in Kangxi Zidian" or "Hanzi in Kangxi Zidian" automatically according to the parameter "kx=". --Wihwang 04:33, 23 February 2009 (UTC)Reply

Doesn't work: a lot of the kx index keys are locations where the character would be if it was in the KangXi Zidian. One can take apart the parameter with much work. But then you have large categories not sorted by radical/stroke, as the template doesn't have that information. What use are the categories? Robert Ullmann 09:33, 23 February 2009 (UTC)Reply

Multiradical kanji source

[edit]

It is a webpage where has a lot of resources for kanjis. I want to include w:hata_clan pronouncing, since the first antibiotic synthesized was done by w:Hata Sahachirou. All sources lack of w:Hata_clan pronunciation, but multiradical Kanji does have this pronunciation as a kun-yomi: http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/~jwb/cgi-bin/wwwjdic.cgi?1D --Hedleypanama 16:56, 29 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

(fixed pedia links) ("antibiotic synthetized"? I don't understand ;-) We don't include pronunciation or transliterations in the translingual section because they are language specific. So I'm not sure what is wanted here. Robert Ullmann 16:19, 30 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

GSR numbers

[edit]

I think it would be very helpful if the Chinese characters also had GSR numbers. A Middle Chinese section that gives the initial, rime, hekou/kaikou etc. would also be very nice.— This unsigned comment was added by 89.243.157.125 (talk) at 24/March/2011.

taboo stroke omission

[edit]

-sche suggested at Wiktionary:Tea_room/2022/February#Kangxi_taboo_stroke_omission, and I agree, that it would be good if this template could say something special in the case of characters which appear in Kangxi with a stroke left out for naming taboo reasons. Could this be added? 4pq1injbok (talk) 22:39, 14 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
