三氟甲磺酸亞鉈是一種具有吸濕性的鉈化合物，化學式為CF3SO3Tl。它可由碳酸亞鉈和三氟甲磺酸反應製得。[1]
它和二甲硫醚氯化亞金、六苯基-1,4,7,10-四磷雜癸烷（L）反應，可以得到[Au4L2](CF3SO3)4。[2]它和Mo2Ni(dpa)4Cl2（dpa=二(2-吡啶基)胺）在乙腈中反應，可以得到Mo2Ni(dpa)4(CF3SO3)2。[3]
