圣马利亚座堂（英语：St Mary's Cathedral）是英国苏格兰爱丁堡的一座教堂，修建于19世纪晚期，位于爱丁堡新城的西部。教堂外观为哥特式风格，由乔治·吉尔伯特·斯科特爵士设计。教堂是苏格兰的A类保护建筑[1]，也是圣公会爱丁堡教区的座堂。
