Hey, Emu I noticed you deleted Q115103037 for not matching the notability policy. This belongs to a friend of mine and he asked me for help figuring out why it was deleted. As far as I can see he does match the notability factors. Could you help me understand what was missing from his page, and what we can do to fix it? Thanks!
