I wish you shared how you felt more. I wish I knew a lot of things. I feel like I tell you everything and you tell me nothing. Why is that?

The air is so heavy around me....I feel like I'm suffocating. Heart is aching...so lost...no direction. Insides are shredded and my soul...just...hurts. As tears stream down my face I'm mentally grasping at proverbial straws....please...I just need something...anything...to bring me to life.
