Joseph Thlama Dawha (29 Maris 1954 - 4 ga watan Agusta 2020) shi ne mai gudanarwar Najeriya wanda shugaban ƙasa na lokacin Goodluck Jonathan ya naɗa a matsayin shugaban kamfanin man fetur na Najeriya daga watan Agustan 2014 zuwa 1 ga Watan Agustan 2015.[1] Andrew Yakubu ya maye gurbin sa.[2] Kafin naɗin nasa, ya kasance daraktan gudanarwa na rukunn kamfanin haƙo man fetur na ƙasa (National Petroleum Corporation).[3]

An haifi Dawha a garin Biu dake jihar Borno. Ya yi digirinsa na farko da digirin digirgir a fannin kimiyyar sinadarai a jami'ar Ahmadu Bello, sannan ya samu digirin digirgir a fannin injiniyan kimiyya a shekarar 1988.[4]

Ya fara koyarwa a shekarar 1978 a kwalejin kimiyya da fasaha ta jihar Borno har zuwa 1984 inda ya zama darakta na ilimi na farko a kwalejin jihar Borno..[4]

Ya fara aiki a Kamfanin Man Fetur a shekarar 1987 biyo bayan ya bar fannin ilimi, haka-zalika a Kamfanin Mai na Kasa ya yi aiki na wasu ƴan shekaru. Daga baya ya zama babban darektan ayyukan kasuwanci a Indorama a shekarar 2003.[5][6]

A shekara ta 2005 ya zama babban darakta a kamfanin (Neja Delta Power Holding Company Limited), sannan manajan darakta na kamfanin (Integrated Data Services Limited).[3]
