Nam pu, litteris Laotianis ນ້ຳປູ et Thai น้ำปู๋, est pulmentum generis allec. E cancribus terrestribus generis Somanniathelphusae e.g. germaini, concisis et fermentatis, conficitur. In arte coquinaria Thailandensi et Laotiana adhibetur tam ad fercula condienda quam ad embammata commiscenda, exemplorum gratia jaew nam pu Laotianum et nam phrik nam pu Thailandense quibus capsica ad nam pu adduntur.
