    Hello, I'm a global sysop, rollbacker, renamer. Locally, I'm a sysop and bureaucrat in the Azerbaijani Wikipedia (and other Azerbaijani-language projects). My activity mostly revolves around combating cross-wiki vandalism and spam (mostly through Svwiever). Steward tools will help me in this, it will make my work become more effective. It will also make my tasks as a renamer easier. To note, yes, I've read the guidelines such as checkuser, oversight and have got acquainted with them. Firstly, looking at your explanation on why you recycled the statement: "My thoughts on my candidacy remain the same, and when I looked back at the statement, I really couldn't find anything else to change. And I still believe that I will contribute like in the early years." The problem is that your statement is still weak, and I had to rely on your answers to several users' questions to get the information that should've been in your statement. While I'm not explicitly penalising this recycling given your explanation, please don't do this again, as I was also annoyed. There were also a couple of questions where you did a reasonable job in showing competence, but there were (minor) issues. To give an example, your second part to your answer of "Sustanability" seemed to be off-topic. Also your answer to MdsShakil's question about the renamer tool was confusing to me as well ("account deletion, merging, hiding and suppress functions" aren't renamer tools) - I had the same question too. On the flip side, I could see a general improvement in your responses compared to last year. As a result, you're on the borderline - I could see myself giving a support/oppose on another day.
