The PHP parser seems to be eating paragraphs See "In Swagger," in https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=HyperSwitch&oldid=2204766#Creating_a_spec_for_new_API_end_points. The wikitext serialization looks correct (empty newline), and Parsoid does render a paragraph break -- but PHP does not.
