If instead of still images we use a video, the video will always start from the beginning. A solution is to trim the video itself at Commons, but TrimVideo seems broken now, so it would be even better to have some kind of slider to indicate that we want the video to start from second X. This would give us more freedom to choose even different sections from the same video.
