Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Log out of WP if you are logged in.
• There is no link to log in, just 'Create account'
• I noticed that en:wp just added an extra 'Log in' link at the top of the account creation screen. This is backwards... and as it is a hack, doesn't look good.

What should have happened instead?:
Sites trying to simplify the ux usually have Login/Sign Up or just a "Log in" button (which then says 'if you don't have an account yet, register!')
