Reason: Al.Massira (supposedly a new account) is exhibiting all the characteristics of Khattabi's previous socks by rapidly targetting the same politically charged "Morocco-Western Sahara" maps, edit warring over the change and resorting to personal attacks when reported to the admins. Rationale, discussion and results

Reason: Hi, I blocked a few weeks ago User:Taha Khattabi for endless editing wars and some insults, the block is still active. Now a recent created account User:EdDakhla starts the exact same kind of problematic contributions: uploadind and reverting maps about Morocco and by forcing the inclusion of Western Sahara. I suspect that new account to be a scok of the other, I also listed an old account that was doing similar things. Regards, Christian Ferrer ^(talk) 16:22, 27 December 2020 (UTC)
