Non FoP-files from Sweden uploaded by user LittleGun

These images were all uploaded by me, User:LittleGun. I believe they should be deleted because of the court decision stating that Sweden have No Freedom of Panorama equivalent. It is indeed a sad day when “Freely depict” means “Not upload a picture of an artwork to a public media database without artists consent or paying a fee to BUS”. But IANAL and the court have ruled.  Delete if that is what the uploader wishes. File:120 DUO.JPG was one of the three photos specifically mentioned in the lawsuit. The Patent and Market Court at Stockholm District Court stated that Article 24 does not give anyone the right to publish photographs of [copyrighted public] art on the Internet without the consent of the [depicted work's] author and that Wikimedia Sverige therefore cannot rely on Article 24 to assert that the users' uploading of the photographs on Wikimedia Commons was lawful (page 21, my translation).
I find it likely that we will have no choice but to delete all files relying on the assumption that freedom of panorama exists in Sweden. I know that many are still hoping for other outcomes and want to hold off on decisions concerning such files in general. Be that as it may.
As for the files listed here: I would imagine that having one's good-faith actions described as unlawful in a court ruling would be quite distressing even for someone who is not a party to the trial. We owe it to a prolific and loyal contributor to minimise that stress without delay. LX (talk, contribs) 12:51, 12 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
