4. Having found the name of the state, next to it, you will see its color code:
   •  

     fill: #ffff7f — for a number of deaths < 101
   •  

     fill: #ffe64c — for a number of deaths ≥ 101
   •  

     fill: #f4b400 — for a number of deaths ≥ 301
   •  

     fill: #bc8500 — for a number of deaths ≥ 501
   •  

     fill: #875900 — for a number of deaths ≥ 701
   •  

     fill: #573000 — for a number of deaths ≥ 1001
5. Change the color of the state using one of the codes above
6. Save the file to apply all the changes
7. Upload the new version of the file on Wikimedia
