A Call for Help!
Hey, Philosopher. I admire what you've been able to do in terms of giving the Iowa General Assembly better coverage. For the last few years, I've been working - pretty much alone - towards improving coverage of my home state of Virginia's state legislature. Most of the work I've done has been on late 19th and early 20th century biographies, where getting permission on photographs hasn't been necessary, but I very much would like to go about getting some portraits for current legislators. I have no experience with OTRS and really don't know where to start, and I was wondering if you'd be able to help me in getting permission and creating something similar to {{Iowa General Assembly official portrait permission}}.
