::::I have deleted the redirect as it was both unused and there is no harm in deleting it at all. Yes, the user should be requesting deletion as the procedure is, but although badly formed, intention was clear and it was easier to just replace with a {{tl|speedy|G7}} tag and warning them once again. They could have possibly just forgotten your previous message, which was over a year ago.
