It's unclear. The only explanation ComputerHotline gave for tagging this image as copyvio was "copyvio", which I found to be not too helpful. Adeletron 3030 (talk) 17:04, 31 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

 Delete It was published by the Italian company Panini in 1986. It is currently in the public domain in Italy, where the copyright duration for simple photographs is 20 years, but it was not in 1996 at URAA time. Thus, it still copyrighted in the US.  Comment "Copyvio" is insufficient for an image which has an existing rationale. If ComputerHotline (talk · contribs) believes this to be in error, they should explain their case more clearly- it's not up to us to guess what they thought or meant. Ubcule (talk) 17:48, 5 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
 Comment I uploaded the other two versions in good faith based on the same rationale as the original:- "PD/licensing rationale given below is taken from File:Panini maradona supersport.jpg and assumed to be legitimate here too (since this is an alternate scan of the same image)."
