Keep - Well of course it hard to make out --- that's part of the point. It's a capture of the excitement at the moment when the crowd reacts after the Portland Timbers clinched the cup. There is fireworks, colored smoke, & flags waving. Any photograph capturing this moment would be similar. I am not convinced that it was photoshopped. I think that there was a lot of flashes, reflections, & movement too quick for the particular speed of the camera.

If there is a better picture, then I would welcome it. Right now, at Category:Cascadia Cup, this is the most colorful & lively of the bunch, the best resolution, & the only photograph that shows a stadium name. It is also the only picture at Rivalités dans le soccer en Cascadia & the better one of two at Cascadia Cup.
