That's just my opinion.) are a common set of phrases used together in the United States, as is evident in this Google search that produces about 391,000 results once one has repeated the search with the omitted results included:
I believe that to claim that this caption is copyrightable to be absurd. I'm sorry, but that was not just my opinion, but the guidance from the US Copyright Office, whose jurisdiction applies to Chicago, IL, US, where I heard & saw Kanye West's speech. In that case, I will contact my son's alma mater, the School of the Art Institute of Chicago & ask them if they are willing to assent to releasing that under an appropriate license. I have worked with guiding folks in the OTRS process before, so if they are amenable, this should not present a problem. Of course, I cannot expect anybody to be in their office before Monday.
