Adolf Gaudy, the architect of the church died in 1956, Switzerland has a standard of life plus 70 years and COM:FOP Switzerland only applies for places permanently accessible to the public. St.Agatha church has opening hours and is not permanently accessible to the public. There are some more files of the category on the interior of the church which I do not nominate for deletion as the focus of the images is on artifacts and I am unaware of their age. Undelete in 2027

Deleted: per nomination; undelete in 2027. Swiss FoP generally doesn't apply indoors, including churches. Though, just to note this, for outside spaces that are publicly accessible, FoP also applies if these are closed e.g. during nighttime. On the other hand, indoor spaces such as churches aren't considered public places independently of opening hours. --Gestumblindi (talk) 14:46, 21 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
