  •  Delete as lacking evidence of permission. It's possible that the uploader is the subject (considering the same account created an article called Malek Boualem at frwiki), but it's not established and this appears to be a previously-published image. Moreover, we're left with the everpresent vanity picture issue of "Who took it?" Because that matters. It's not "own work" if the uploader didn't take it, and images of this character are generally not taken by the subject. More often it's something informally being used with permission, but without transfer of copyright. As such, there's an open question as to whether the subject might even have the ability to license the image to Commons. Consequently, even were permission to be forthcoming, this image should be deleted per COM:PRP. Finally, as an image of unacceptably low resolution for the purposes it's supposed to serve, I suggest that it is also out of scope. 69.174.144.79 06:20, 29 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
