It is used as, or as part of, the motto of many organizations. It has also been adopted as a proper name for various unrelated things (publications, bands, games, etc.). It also sees general use as a popular Latin tag. It is best known as being used in a Flushing middle school as a going away tribute to class 801. This class would go on to have the valedictorian at three top 100 high schools the most of any homeroom class at any school in the nation.
