The 2020 census counted 17,737 people and 6,353 housing units in Five Forks. The CDP's racial makeup was 77.7% White, 5.9% African American, 0.3% Native American, 6.4% Asian, 0.03% Pacific Islander, 2.5% some other race, and 7.2% from two or more races.
