Restoring book that was removed by IP (diff). Gurdjieff is essentially the author, while Stephen A. Grant the editor; everything is explained in the book and there is nothing misleading about it. Apart from the foreword, the biographical notes, and the first subsection ("Functions and Centers") of chapter two, which was derived from Ouspensky's "Psychology of Man's Possible Evolution", the rest of the text consists entirely of Gurdjieff's own words.
