On 24 February 2022 the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctioned Rostelecom under E.O. 14024 being owned or controlled by, or having acted or purposed to act for or on behalf of, directly or indirectly, the GoR.
