On October 2013 the company completed development and began commercial operations of its single payment system. On February 2014 Russian integrator Tekhnoserv has finished to create a unified information system on sales and customer service for Rostelecom. It enables Rostelecom to gather, store and access the information necessary to carry out sales and customer service processes. The system facilitates access to the information by staff. it has been introduced at call centres in eight macro-regional branches of Rostelecom.
