:You write that "if [I] created this media entirely [my]self but have previously published it elsewhere" I should do such and such. You go on to list several other possibilities, but you don't seem to include the one that applies: I created the file myself AND have never published it elsewhere, including online. What am I to do in this case? I created the file myself, I relinquish all rights to it, and I believe it in any case would qualify for "fair use in" the Alton Tobey article.
